Bruce Siegal joins The Salvation Army Massachusetts Division as Associate Director of Gift Planning, bringing extensive experience in major and planned giving, donor relationship management, and fundraising across higher education and healthcare. Most recently, Bruce served as Associate Director of Development at Brandeis University, where he managed a portfolio of more than 300 philanthropic prospects and exceeded fundraising goals during his tenure. Previous fundraising experience includes leadership roles with Lahey Health, MIT, and Northeastern University.
In his new role, Bruce will lead planned giving efforts across western and central Massachusetts, working closely with The Salvation Army’s major gifts team and Divisional Director of Gift Planning. He will manage a portfolio of planned giving donors, and identify and cultivate new prospects to, help donors align their philanthropic goals with The Salvation Army’s mission.
